Birthdai allows you to create and download personalized birthday songs for a one-time price of €5. The service includes:
- Quick generation of the birthday song.
- Download of the song in MP3 format.

To use certain services, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
4. Payments
All payments on Birthdai are processed through secure payment methods. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, you will receive your personalized song as a downloadable file.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Birthdai only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the application for illegal or unauthorized activities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The content generated by Birthdai is protected by intellectual property laws. You are permitted to use the generated songs for personal, non-commercial use only.

Refund Policy

Birthdai provides personalized music generated specifically for each user. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases mentioned below.
1. Refund Cases
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- The generated song was not received within the promised time (more than 24 hours).
- A major technical issue prevented the correct generation of the song, rendering the file unusable.
- Any manifest error or incorrect billing.
2. Refund Process
If you meet the conditions listed above, you can request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] with a full description of the issue and proof of purchase. We will review your request, and if accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
3. No Modifications or Returns
Since the songs are generated in a unique and personalized manner, once the song has been sent, it cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged.
